Believe it or not, this is the first time I've ever used a vacuum sealer. I did not think I needed one until I met the Crenova VS100S vacuum sealer. This powerful yet lightweight machine has a variety of uses. It is very user friendly. It has 4 main functions: Seal, Vacuum, Pulse and Cancel. The great thing about this machine is that you can seal or vacuum chip bags or any other plastic bags in addition to the ones included with the bag. The starter kit does come with a total of 10 bags. 5 – 22x30cm and 5 – 22x10cm vacuum seal bags. I particularly enjoy the size of this machine. If you have taken a glimpse of my latest video, you would've seen me try this bad boy out. When it was time to finish, I wrapped the cord around the tabs on the bottom of the machine and stored it in my cupboard next to my wine glasses. Because this is lightweight, you don’t have to worry about it adding weight to your shelves. Overall, the Crenova vacuum did what it is meant to do. Apart from figuring out a few kinks, because as aforementioned, this is my first time using a machine like this one, I had no issues. Although, I have not personally tried out poaching or using the sous-vide method with these bags, I am sure it will work as intended. As always hope this helped.
