It's never too early to correct your posture. As technology improves, our health goes down. Why Should You Use This? 

Corrects posture which then helps by providing the aforementioned benefits. It also helps with back pain and is ideal for scoliosis patients. I recommend using this for maximum of 20 minutes per day for at least a week or two, then use as you wish or as much as you can handle -  not exceeding 6 hours.
